Listen to the musical talent—hidden gems—of the Deerskin Lake community. Watch for more details as our local talent confirms their performance time on the lake.

Join us for the 4nd Annual Fourth of July parade—our golden celebration! We will meet by the no wake buoys in the north bay and make one lap around the lake in a counterclockwise direction. We'll finish up at the middle of the lake for a short patriotic musical score.
You can participate in our celebration in one of two ways:
Decorate your boat and join the parade
Wave your flag as we drive by your dock
This is a great way to celebrate our freedom and have some fun!
Join us for the annual meeting to spend time with your neighbors; enjoy coffee, juice, and donuts; and help shape the future of Deerskin Lake.
Join your neighbors for food, beverages and great stories about the Lake.
We block off N. Star Rd for the event—a block party! Compete for the coveted Deerskin Bags Tournament trophy. Share your most creative dish or best tasting dish—hopefully both!
Enjoy time with friends and family and get back out on the lake!
Join us for Lights out on the Lake. Everyone’s asked to turn off all indoor and outdoor lights, stroll to their docks and observe the stars in the dark night sky. We’ll enjoy the stars at the peak of the Persid meteor showers.
Lights out on the Lake FAQs:
Q: Is this the same as the WE Energy announcements?

A: You're joining folks across the world to view the Perseid meteor shower.
Q: Any recommendations on what I should think about as I stargaze?
A: Hmm....
How grateful that we're alive to view these spectacular stars
Tomorrow's to-do list. Maybe not.
All our loved ones that have walked before us and gazed on these same stars
What am I going to wear to Concerts on the Lake.
Think nothing. Just breathe it all in—reflecting that we're not in this world as long as the stars.
Q: Life gets busy. What if I can't join everyone around Deerskin Lake?
A: Turn off your lights (wherever you are), go outside at 10pm, settle down, close your eyes and think about your best memories on Deerskin Lake—open your eyes to the stars. Tada! You're with us!
Q: What if we turned off the lights, light a candle, enjoy the moment, and forget to stroll outside at 10pm?
A: Relax. Keep enjoying the moment. Association events are always optional!
